Job Context:
∎ We are currently exploring development of a few other software application in the field of Inventory Management System, Accounting Information System (AIS), Shop Management System etc.
∎ We are looking for experienced Accounting Professional who have necessary working experience in Inventory and Accounting (or, any ERP) Software Application development and/or active usage. We shall be looking for primary assistance, leadership & guidance from the selected Individual to guide the company to develop software application in the field of Inventory & Sales Management, Asset Management, VAT calculation etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the appropriate software architecture based on the business requirements and design elements contained in a system specification;
∎ Meet and survey stakeholders in the focused area of business (including but not limited to shop owners of various categories)
∎ Conduct formal meeting with the clients (in the target sector) to gather requirement, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the customer's need;
∎ Analyze software requirement, define solution parameters and specifications for Software Programmers;
∎ Ensure accounting rules and procedures to develop necessary outline or design for the Software Programmers to develop application software;
∎ Collect customer feedback of using application software, make summary of the findings and initiate & ensure implementation/ update procedure with software developer team;
∎ Lead the function design process;
∎ Develop high-quality presentations to explain business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE);
∎ Develop process diagrams for finance, accounting and auditing processes using industry standard tools;
∎ Assist software developers with the creation of detailed software design specifications;
∎ Develop test cases and test manuals;
∎ Plan and ensure timely implementation of the project activity and produce structured work plan for each intervention maintaining close collaboration with the relevant staffs of the project.
∎ Collaborate with existing staffs and ensure timely implementation of the software development project and ensure that stated goals and objectives within time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-7 years of work Experience in at least one (01) Accounting/Inventory ERP software application viz. Tally or any other ERP application (software application) is mandatory.
∎ Hand-on experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), JIRA (Project Management Tool), Figma (UI/UX Design Tool) will get preference;
∎ Good interpersonal, communication and convincing skill;
∎ Sound Accounting knowledge;
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Email, Power Point, Photoshop and other project management tools;
∎ Must be Enthusiastic, Pro-active, Punctual, Honest and Hard-working;
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing Ability- Presentation skills, Computer skills, etc.
∎ Writing skill especially in English will be an added advantage.
