Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have Masters in Economics/Sociology/ Anthropology/ Gender Studies/Development Studies/ Finance/ Management Studies or other related subjects under the domain of Social Sciences or Commerce.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ To support the research team, CRD is looking for suitable candidates for its multiple positions. Duration of the research project is November 2021- 30 April 2024.
∎ Report To: Project Director (Matrix to CEO)
∎ Position Type: Regular
∎ Duration: Two Years ( renewal for another 6 months subject to satisfactory performance)
∎ Job Location: CRD`s Dhaka Office. However, occasional field visit might be required.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overall project management under the guidance of project director and team
∎ Supervise project staff.
∎ Support Project Director in ensuring donor compliance.
∎ Coordinate with Sr. Finance and Admin Officer to ensure support services.
∎ Coordinate and communicate with research team members (including Research Assistants and consultants) and external stakeholders.
∎ Drafting donor reports
∎ Drafting and finalizing meeting minutes, media brief, communication brief, event reports etc.
∎ Organize meetings, workshops, seminars and any similar events.
∎ Organize and manage field trips.
∎ Any other work assigned by supervisor or management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant work experience of 3-5 years in research centre/development organization/academia/ independent research.
∎ Staff management (both technical and non-technical).
∎ Fund management.
∎ Team work.
∎ Documentation.
∎ Logistical management
∎ Well conversant in both Bangla and English. Knowledge of any other language will add on extra value.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated monthly amount is BDT 60000-80000 (negotiable for more deserving candidate).
