Education:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Agronomy/Fisheries, or a related field.
∎ Masters in agriculture from any reputed university (Agri-Engineering will get preference).

∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Previous experience of working in Civil Administration/NGOs will get preferences.
∎ 8 to 10years’ experience in Agro-mechanization, Agriculture value chain development, market linkage, community engagement in humanitarian and/or development programs.
∎ Strong knowledge of seed production processes, soil health and crop management.
∎ Familiarity with climate-smart agricultural practices and modern farming technologies.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and presentation tools.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills for farmer engagement and team collaboration.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in field environments.
∎ A proactive and innovative mindset to adapt to evolving agricultural challenges.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement quality control measures during vegetable production and processing, supervising operations to ensure that processing standards are up to date.
∎ Monitor factors such as hygiene, sanitation, and adherence to processing protocols to maintain the quality and safety of processed products.
∎ Ensure highest yield of crops, fruits and vegetables in an organic but modern method of farming.
∎ Planning to Grow seasonal vegetables that will be high in yield with the target of maximizing profit at the time of sale.
∎ Planning and execution of fisheries & aviculture project to bring maximum output.
∎ Track project progress, monitor water quality (for fisheries), feed conversion ratios and animal health, adjusting as needed
∎ Identify and allocate necessary resources (land, equipment, staff, feed, breeding stock) efficiently for optimal operation.
∎ Ensure detailed records of project activities, budgets, and expenditures, ensuring accurate documentation for reporting and auditing purposes.
∎ Use modern methods of livestock farming that ensures highest growth for cattle’s.
∎ Closely follow up the construction and development phases of the community agro storage maintaining the standard quality.
∎ Collaborate with project members to outline research methodologies, objectives, and timelines for market research and scoping studies.
∎ Collect, analyze, and document data related to crop performance, pest management, and seed production.
∎ Support in developing innovative agricultural solutions based on research findings.
∎ Conduct regular visits to project areas to monitor and assess field activities.
∎ Maintain good communication with farmers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
