Experience:

• 6 to 8 years

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET/ DUET/ RUET/ KUET/ CUET or any others reputed University.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering with well experienced

• 6 to 8 years

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Work experience in Green Factory Construction will be added as advantage.
• Must have experience on estate management.
• Must have experience on multi storied commercial and industrial building construction.

Responsible for Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd and Barnali Collections Ltd.

• 100% honest in all aspects.
• Capable to handle multiple construction projects at a time.
• Should have good knowledge on BNBC and IBC standard.
• Should have good knowledge on architectural and structural drawing and design.
• Estimating, costing, scheduling and overall supervision of civil construction works including repair and maintenance.
• Ability to handle multi-storied factory and commercial building construction and supervision.
• Should have sound knowledge on USGBC Green Building construction & maintenance.
• Should have sound knowledge & experiences on BNBC, Civil defense and RSC compliance rules for factory building construction & maintenance.
• Site supervision, direction and monitor adequacy of resources of constructions.
• Ensure quality of construction materials as well as construction and reduce wastage of materials.
• Construction work measurement and bill examine.
• Scheduling and ensure materials supply chain to complete the project on time.
• Ensure construction works run smoothly and completed within the budget and on time.
• Civil engineering maintenance, repair of company's existing projects, when and where required.
• Responsible to arrange all test/ certificate by the proper authority/ institution required for the construction.
• Ensure company's safety manual on the time of construction and maintenance works.
• Liaising with verity of professionals like engineering consultant, architects, contractors, designers, Govt. officials, city corporation, Rajuk, land officials to resolve any difficulties of the constructions.
• Must have knowledge on land survey, land map.
• Must have administrative knowledge on record keeping of all construction and land related documents.
