Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters with 3 years' experience on Health and Community Development Project
∎ Training/Trade Course: Project Management,Quality reoport writing,Leadership
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will ensure the effective implementation of the assigned project in line with approve the proposal and budget.
∎ S/he will supervise the subordinate field staff to carry out their proper responsibilities in the project.
∎ S/he will closely linkage with Govt. and Non-Govt. service providers on Health and Community Development issues to manage those services for the Projects.
∎ S/he will Prepare monthly fund requisition, progress report, case story, and other necessary documents as required by the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Diverse knowledge of Health and Community Development Projects.
∎ Good command both in English & Bangla
∎ Requires knowledge of using personal computers including Microsoft Office Application (mandatory) and MIS.
∎ Knowledge of Project Management, coordination, leadership, community engagement, and relationship building with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
