Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position is responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the day-to-day research Projects implementions of the company.
∎ Planning, Organizing, Leading & Controlling field work of research projects.
∎ Recruit & Organize field team and train them to do field works anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Monitoring Research project to delivery Quality data as per QC protocol.
∎ Participating in field visits to asists supervisors, overseeing fieldwork, and providing constructive feedback for effective data collection and quality.
∎ Traveling to outer center as per project needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 2 Years Experience in market research company will be preferred.
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
∎ Excellent Knowledge & interest in Marketing and Research.
∎ Excellent communication skill in writing and speaking both in English & Bengali.
∎ Strong Computer Skills
