∎ Job Location: BRAC Head Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a Facebook funded project with BRAC Youth Platform, Gender, Justice & Diversity and Communications teams from July 2021 - March 2022.
∎ Help strategize the approach to ensure an effective manner in which the project is rolled out.
∎ Manage deadlines and maintain gantt chart for the project.
∎ Carry out the surveys to measure the effectiveness of the project.
∎ Be the point of contact for the project research team.
∎ Analyse effectiveness and assess calculating progress in the project, developed materials, teaching methods by analysing test data and feedback from management staff to identify changing needs.
∎ Develop and deliver program training that meets the project's needs and its strategic goals.
∎ Ensure timely deliveries of all communications materials for the project
∎ Follow up with trainees, trainers and partners after each training to collect feedback.
∎ Review program training mechanisms to reflect any changes.
∎ Write the narrative reports to be submitted to the donor.
∎ Manage, create and maintain setup documentation for compliance and accreditation purposes for all programs delivered by the project.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members and project participants from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 years working experience in the relevant field, preferably in facilitation or adolescents and youth centered activities.
