∎ The candidate must have Graduate (B.S.C in Agriculture / Forestry/ Horticulture will be given preference) with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations
∎ Education will be relaxed for the potential Candidates
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure inspection of landscape and presentation of grounds and gardens
∎ Brief the design to project supervisor and block supervisor timely
∎ Responsible for technical management and quality of plant
∎ Guide the project supervisor and block supervisor where/how plants should be fitted
∎ Source the variety of plant based on the requirement
∎ Maintain the communication with the clients and act as point of contact for illuminate the issues as appropriate
∎ Be able to cooperate with visitors, clients and related external/internal being
∎ Oversee the maintenance as per client’s requirement
∎ Monitor and report on project progress as well as problems and solutions
∎ Manage the project timing; guide the team as and when required
∎ Implement the compliance and regulations in the projects
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experienced on Landscaping management, nursery management will be given preference
∎ Knowledge on basic horticulture, care of plant material, agronomy practices, disease & pest control management
∎ Must be able to oversee several projects at a time
∎ Excellent in report writing, budgeting, people management, work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment
