We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil to join our Engineering & Projects Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the whole project from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring-controlling & closing. He will be in charge of Civil engineering. MEP coordination, and facility maintenance. Real Estate to ensure that projects are executed according to approved design, quality standards, and safety regulations. The candidate will also align with compliance & related approval from Govt authority.

Responsibilities & Context:

● Supervise and manage civil construction activities including RCC, steel structures, finishing works, and external infrastructure as per approved drawings and specifications.

● Ensure proper coordination between Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works during construction.

● Review and interpret structural, architectural, drawings and ensure proper implementation at site.

● Coordinate daily with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflow.

● Monitor workmanship and ensure quality control of materials and construction practices according to project standards.

● Prepare project scheduling, tracking & monitoring project progress, and submitting regular project status reports to supervisor & line manager..

● Ensure compliance with BNBC, building codes, and workplace safety regulations.

● The candidate will also align with construction related Govt authority (RAJUK, Cantonment Board, LGED & RHD)

● Prepare and maintain daily work plans, progress reports, site records, material consumption reports, and work schedules.

● Prepare & verify BOQ , cost estimation, and contractor bill.

● Provide technical support during installation of mechanical and electrical equipment within the building infrastructure.

● Monitor building infrastructure during the production / operational phase to ensure structural safety, drainage efficiency, ventilation, and operational suitability.

● Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of civil structures, drainage systems and building finishes.

● Support facility management in repair, renovation, and structural improvement works.

● Manage project coordination meetings and share minutes & take action accordingly.

● Assist in preparing as-built drawings, project completion documents, and final handover reports.

Job Requirements

● Preferred degrees are B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university (BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, or equivalent)..

● Experience must be within 5-7 years.

Skills & Area of Expertise

● Civil Construction Management (RCC, Steel Structure, Finishing, Infrastructure)

● Structural, Architectural & Electrical Drawing Interpretation

● BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation

● Contractor Bill Verification

● Quality Control & Assurance in Construction

● Building Code Compliance (BNBC, RAJUK, LGED, RHD, Cantonment Board, Jolshiri)

● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in diagnostic centers/ hospitals & Real Estate related construction.

● Diagnostic centers/ hospitals related experience will be preferred.

● Ability to manage contractors, engineers, and multiple project activities efficiently.
