∎ B.Sc./ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any renowned University / institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g., civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction, special knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing large construction projects etc.
∎ Ability to deal with client with smart presentation
∎ Should have sufficient reference of skilled contractors of various items works.
∎ Candidate should have ability to select contractors independently as per company Guideline .
∎ Should have proper knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost minimization, Optimal use of labor and foreman, & making working schedule.
∎ Managing site supervisor and labors / contractors as per company Guideline
∎ Checking received materials
∎ Should have proper knowledge of Safety issues.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Building codes.
∎ Shall have Good knowledge about Interior & decoration or furniture related Works.
∎ Shall have good knowledge to read layout plan, estimation & man power handling.

∎ The applicants should have enough technical knowledge
∎ Working as a proactive member in a team
∎ Energetic, creative, sincere and honest
