  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and structural design tools.       

  • Must have experience managing large projects and leading technical teams.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan and execute construction projects from start to finish.
  • Review and approve drawings, designs, and materials by project specifications.
  • Manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare project schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and maintain deadlines.
  • Conduct quality control checks at every stage of the construction process.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and review project cost estimations, budgets, and BOQs.
  • Verify contractor bills and certify payments as per work progress.
  • Handle procurement of construction materials and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with BNBC, PWD specs, and safety standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the site team.
  • Attend project review meetings and present progress reports.
  • Prepare completion reports, handover documents, and as-built drawings.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Understanding of hospital facility infrastructure (water, drainage, power)
  • Leadership, coordination, and team-management ability
  • Conduct site visits and inspections
  • Maintain safety standards and environmental compliance
