Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct construction projects (building, road, and water board) while maintaining safety and security.
Manage the budget and estimate costs.
Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower required.
Keep track of inventory, tools, and equipment.
Prepare reports on construction status.
Resolve any problems that may arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Train and mentor construction workers and laborers, depending on project size.
Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key project team members.
Plan construction operations.
Ensure that all deadlines are met.
Allocate and manage resources to ensure availability when needed throughout the project.
Keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and prepare regular progress reports.
Address any environmental or local community issues that may arise during the project.
