Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post graduate in Social Science or Development Studies from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation of project activities in a timely manner
∎ Organise action plan and budget to ensure project requirements and client expectations
∎ Establish and ensure clear communication with the clients and stakeholders and understanding their requirements
∎ Create as well as support in developing contents for social media platforms and website
∎ Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate with other teams
∎ Create reports on progress and provide regular updates to Senior management
∎ Ensure all reporting requirements with quality and submitted on time to the client
∎ Work closely with Head of Programmes to ensure timely implementation of project activities
∎ Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills (written and spoken) in English and Bengali
∎ Strong customer service skills
∎ Computer proficiency (Ms Office, Excel, Power Point etc.)
∎ Willing to make frequent field visits outside Dhaka
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet hard deadlines
