Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility for project implementation and financial management;
∎ To formulate strategy & guidance in relation to programme design and implementation;
∎ Analyze project performance data to generate appropriate information for decision making;
∎ Prepare a periodic reports for donors and senior management team.
∎ Facilitate and guide M&E team to design, develop, and modify monitoring and evaluation tools & techniques as required.
∎ Communication with different level stakeholders, government, media, NGOs and CSO networks.
∎ The government, partners and organization's compliances have to be maintained strictly.
∎ Facilitate and assist monitoring team to accelerate and analyze the performance of projects, identify the gaps and solutions accordingly with a standard performance tracking.
∎ Develop capacity building programme for staff and stakeholders including materials development and course facilitation.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in the field of human rights, social mobilization, advocacy and campaign.
∎ At least 7 years experience in the development/ NGO sector.
∎ Sound IT literacy with the skill to operate MS Office and good typing speed in Bengali and English
∎ Fluent in speaking and writing both English and Bangla.
∎ The position is based in Dhaka with regular field visits in the project areas.
∎ Candidate should have leadership, supervision, communication and staff management capacity.
∎ Candidate should have presentation skills.
∎ Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Salary will be negotiable for highly experienced candidates.
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 80000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Yearly festival allowance equal to one month salary. Other benefits as per organizational policy.
