Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters Degree, preferably in Social Science/Development Studies or relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is responsible for smooth implementation of the project activities as per project work plan, provide capacity building support to the staff, establishing/strengthen child clubs, parents support groups, Community Based Child Protection Committees (CBCPCs) and Multi Institutional Advisory Groups in the project areas and liaison with local government stakeholders.
∎ S/he will also provide support for rolling out resilience building, positive discipline in everyday parenting (PDEP), MEAL and arranging different types of training/meetings/workshop with Government officials at project locations. Provide leadership and support in problem solving, key decision making.
∎ Ensure collection, compilation, articulation, analysis, interpretation, submission as well as uses of field based data/information to comply the M& E Framework and reporting.
∎ Supervise Finance & Administrative Officer, Program Officer-M&E and Case Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years working experiences in NGO sector, preferably with marginalized community children with disability, children affected by HIV/AIDS or people living with HIV/AIDS, including 3 years in management position.
∎ S/he is expected to have sound knowledge on child rights and child protection issues in Bangladesh, technical knowledge on HIV/AIDS and disability program.
∎ Excellent planning, organizing, experience in good budget management, supervision, monitoring accountability skills are essential requirement for this position.
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel Power point etc.

Salary: Tk. 36300 (Monthly)

∎ As per rules and regulations of the organization and budget provision of the project.
