∎ Project Name: Comprehensive Prevention Program for People Who Inject Drugs (PWID) and Their Partners NFM-3

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Dispenser/Nurse shall be mainly responsible for overall management of methadone dispensing, appropriate doze maintains, arrange different test, collect blood sampling and carry out other clinical activities with the intensive monitoring, guidance under supervision of Medical Officer. It is also one of his/her prime responsibility to appropriately maintain different record, register, file and other documents related to his/her clinical assignments. He/she will be directly reported to Medical Officer and will be closely work with other team members of the Satkhira OST center. S/he will also do the following:
∎ Collect daily dose of methadone from central store as needed and maintain record register
∎ Ensure specific doze of methadone dispensing to the individual OST client as per Medical Officer prescription/advice by following routine schedule.
∎ Maintain confidentiality, build trust and be respectful to the OST clients.
∎ Collect blood sampling, carry out urine test including other tests for OST clients as designed of the OST as wells suggested by Medical Officer.
∎ Assist Medical Officer, other team members in case of refer any OST clients outside clinic/hospitals for better management.
∎ Maintain ARV drug's stock
∎ Prepare monthly OST & ART Report
∎ On line data entry

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years' experience to work as Nurse in any Clinic, hospital or in drug treatment center
∎ Advance training in the field of Nursing and management of drug addicts will be an advantage.
∎ Working experience in Methadone Dispensing Centre will be given priority.
∎ Effective inter-personal communication skill.

Salary:
∎ 17,092 /= and other benefit: like yearly 01 (one) bonus equal to 01-month salary and monthly mobile bill
