Experience:

• 7 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Master of Social Science (MSS)

• Master’s degree in Social Science, Climate Change, Disaster Management, Geography and Environmental Science and Agriculture, etc. from any recognized university.

• 7 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Minimum 7–8 years of professional experience in relevant fields, including at least 4–5 years of experience in climate change, gender-based violence (GBV), governance, right based approach, human rights, governance, SAT implementation, program management including staff supervision, budgeting, and program and expenditure monitoring, etc.

• Prior experience working with MJF and projects supported by the Embassy of Sweden will be considered an advantage.

• More than one 3rd Division/Class in examinations will not be accepted.

• Qualified women are strongly encouraged to interview.

• The candidate must be proficient in motorcycling & have a valid driving license.

• Must be proficient in computers including MS Office Application.

• In case of communication have strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with project stakeholders, staff and donor’s representative.

Grameen Jano Unnayan Sangstha (GJUS) is currently looking for some dedicated and career-driven people who have the mentality to work in rural-coastal areas of Bangladesh (District of Bhola), under its newly launched a project titled “Community Based Resilience, Women’s Empowerment and Actions” (CREA) Supported by: Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF), Funding by: The Government of Sweden. The goal of the project is to build women’s leadership capacity and increased resilience of the most vulnerable communities to address climate change impact.
