Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters from any recognised university with minimum 2nd Division/ Class or minimum CGPA 3.00 in all academic results.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides strategic and technical leadership to the project for high quality project implementation.
∎ Provide technical support in facilitating different youth groups at district levels and promote young people to advocate for their gender and sexual reproductive health rights.
∎ Engage in national advocacy by organizing campaign, webinar, meetings, workshops, sessions, press briefing for promoting Comprehensive Sexual Education (CSE) and young people's sexual and reproductive health rights with relevant policymakers and key stakeholders.
∎ Manage a diverse team and ensure capacity building of staff members towards result oriented implementation and capturing best practices and learnings.
∎ Managing proper budget allocation, breakdown and keep up consistent budget burn rate.
∎ Contribute in developing project implementation / operational plan, theory of change and regular follow up for proper implementation of the TOC.
∎ Preparing and submission of reports e.g. inception, desk review, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, closing etc. and submit timely at right place.
∎ Ensure effective coordination and partnership with multiple sectors at BRAC and with consortium members at both nationally and internationally.
∎ Represent BRAC at different national and international platforms on young people's sexual and reproductive health rights.
∎ Bring innovation to the project by using different digital platforms, and facilitate and develop different capacity building modules for the young people's sexual and reproductive health rights.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years experience of working with young people; experience with project management, national advocacy, and people management. In addition, top-notch proficiency in partnership management and quality reporting is desired. Person has a background of managing young people's sexual and reproductive health rights related project will be preferred.
∎ Work with core team of programme like field operation, M&E, Communication and Training unit.
