Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Development Studies/Social Science or in any other relevant discipline from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Based at Disabled Child Foundation (DCF) office at Dhaka, the job holder will be responsible for overall management and implementation of the project under partnership agreement with ADD International and Disabled Child Foundation (DCF) . The project will be implemented in Khilgaon with persons with psychosocial disability (Mental Health issues), persons with disability and Disable Peoples Organizations. Other stakeholders of the project would be community people especially children and youth at risk, educational Institutions, local government institutions, government, especially directorate of Health, National Institute of Mental health, civil society organizations, I/NGOs etc. The key role also includes policy advocacy work related to mental health, project cycle management, budget preparation and financial monitoring and management, tracking progress of logical frame work indicators, preparation of various reports and learning documents. The job holder will also make liaison and coordination with donor partners and or other consortium members as necessary and overall management of the project activities as per agreement for the project titled: Community-Based Mental Health Services for Children and Young People in Marginalized Communities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of the project activities as per guidance of the project (Proposal, log frame, PIP, budget etc)
∎ Prepare Project Implementation Plan (PIP) as per project task chart and implement at the field level.
∎ Networking and policy advocacy with appropriate policy and law makers
∎ Coordination with other stakeholders including DPOs
∎ Visiting project implementation locations on a regular basis and provide technical support to project staff members/volunteers and others as appropriate
∎ Oversee project finance, budget and expenditure tracking and prepare project progress narrative and financial reports as needed
∎ Staff supervision, monitoring and appraisal of the performance
∎ Organize regular team meeting and also attending various meetings as directed
∎ Knowledge management, learning and documentation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional experience in national development NGOs for at least 3- 5 years in similar positions, working with persons with psychosocial disability/ persons with disability is added value.
∎ Extensive knowledge and understanding on global and national Mental Health Policy, disability issues, national and global disability rights legal instruments.
∎ Good understanding about financial management and budget preparation and variance analysis.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Good analytical writing skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Advance computer skills including working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others as appropriate.

Salary: Tk. 38000 (Monthly)
