Job Context:
∎ Friends in Village Development Bangladesh (FIVDB) is going to implement the AHP Activation - Protection Crisis Response in Cox`s Bazar. The duration of the project is 11 Months (to be extended). The mentioned position will be recruited for implementing the project.
∎ Based at the Cox`s Bazar/Ukiya FIVDB Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The project Coordinator will be responsible for overall leadership of the project, external communication and coordinating all project related activities. The incumbent will be play role in coordinating with GoB departments and networking. Specific duties include:-
∎ To develop project activity operational guideline, module, technical papers as per project requirement
∎ Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Project
∎ Providing operational leadership to the project, including oversight of the Office (logistics, personnel deployment, transportation and communication)
∎ Maintain good network with related government departments to share and disseminate project lessons and innovations
∎ Follow the activity advancement by regular visits the development of the project;
∎ Effectively coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth & effective functions of field office management in all aspect ;
∎ Team management, knowledge sharing, facilitate meetings with project staff to regularly review program implementation and performance;
∎ Effective & efficient use of project assets & resources
∎ Any others duties assign by your supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 52 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Has to be willing to take challenge of working in a participatory approach for Rohingya Community/ Host Community
∎ Holds an awareness of own abilities and areas for non-formal Education; adapts and uses abilities to work well with others and to help achieve objectives
∎ Excellent report writing skills
∎ Excellent quantitative and qualitative data collection, coalition and analysis skills
∎ Excellent operational knowledge of functioning of PC and standard MS Office software, MS Word, MS Excel, SPSS/Access, Power Point.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle (optional for women) and will have valid driving license .

Salary: Tk. 65000 - 80000 (Monthly)
