Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed project documents, technical presentations, and official correspondence.

  • Develop and manage work schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools.

  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

  • Maintain daily records of progress, issues, and key activities at project sites.

  • Monitor construction/installation quality as per contract specifications and standards.

  • Prepare QA/QC reports, daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, and assist with site inspections.

  • Prepare and review tender documents, technical proposals, and bid submissions.

  • Estimate quantities and pricing; prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and cost breakdowns.

  • Support the bid process by collecting required documents and liaising with vendors/subcontractors.

  • Identify and track new project opportunities, RFQs, RFPs, and tender notices.

  • Prepare business proposals, company profiles, and promotional materials.

  • Maintain databases of past and ongoing tenders, proposals, and contracts.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, documentation, or business development roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and familiarity with AutoCAD, BoQ software, or similar tools.

  • Strong communication and technical writing skills in English.

  • Sound knowledge of construction standards, project documentation, and tender procedures.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
