Education: Bachelor or Diploma degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Engineering/Architecture, or related fields from an accredited academic institution
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience in related field
Experience in shelter technical supervision, safe cooking messaging, and community training sessions.
Experience in Shelter/NFI response programming, needs assessment, data collection, community mobilization, fire safety, distribution, training, shelter upgrade guidance, monitoring and review.
Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government, or government institutions/organizations in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
High level of honesty and integrity.
Excellent written and verbal English and Bangla.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams and multi-cultural environments.
Habituated to extensive field visits.
Female candidates will be given priority.
