Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma

Bachelor or Diploma degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Engineering/Architecture, or related fields from an accredited academic institution

• 2 to 3 years

• At least 2-3 years of experience in related field

• Experience in shelter technical supervision, safe cooking messaging, and community training sessions.

• Experience in Shelter/NFI response programming, needs assessment, data collection, community mobilization, fire safety, distribution, training, shelter upgrade guidance, monitoring and review.

• Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government, or government institutions/organizations in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of honesty and integrity.

• Excellent written and verbal English and Bangla.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams and multi-cultural environments.

• Habituated to extensive field visits.

• Female candidates will be given priority.
