Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide operational, technical, and strategic expertise and support to the project leadership.
∎ Manage relationship building and representational activities with external stakeholders.
∎ Revise the tasks and sub-tasks developed by the team to ensure timely, efficient delivery of the project.
∎ Monitoring project progress and motivating groups and individuals.
∎ All other responsibilities of an advisory and any other set by the Project Director.
∎ Assisting the Project Director and Project Manager.

∎ At least fifteen years of experience in Bangladeshi labour migration and related industries.
∎ At least four years of experience in consultancy or similar roles.
∎ At least six years of experience in a multinational company.
∎ Expert knowledge of the international labour market and the role of Bangladesh.
∎ Expert knowledge of the financial system pertaining to the local labour migration market.
∎ Expert knowledge of the legal/procedural system pertaining to the local labour migration market.
∎ Highly equipped with all management skills.
∎ Highly trained with resource management, cost management and time-management skills.
∎ Adaptive, multi-disciplinary learner, curious, hardworking and passionate individual.
∎ Those currently employed in a company with any relationship with migrant workers.
∎ Those with an excellent academic record (including skill course certifications) in the finances.
∎ Those with an excellent academic record (including skill course certifications) in management.
∎ Those who have travelled to at least five countries in their lifetime.
∎ Upon selection, the individual will be hired on a 32-month contract, with the opportunity of a conditional progression as an independent director/ advisor to the board.
