Job Context:
∎ PARI Development Trust is a national NGO working in greater Mymensing. PARI is implementing community development, maternal & child health, nutrition, agriculture and child rights program in several upazilas of Mymensingh, Netrokona,Jamalpur, Kishorgonj, Sherpur and Tangail districts.PARI is going to implement a new project "Children Youth and Communities for Change (CYCC)" with the funding from Transformed Aid International Australia under Sherpur district.
∎ The programme seeks a Project Accountant to lead the program finances and drive for achieving expected results through effective implementation of program activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform accounts and finance procedures of the project
∎ Entry day to day accountants in on-line software system
∎ Maintain office stocks and maintain effective use of office vehicle, equipments
∎ Perform regular financial monitoring system as per organization policy
∎ Prepare financial report regular basis
∎ Conduct internal audit and prepare reports, documents related to financial audit
∎ Support to prepare FD-6 of the project for NGO bureau
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age limit is flexible for experinced individuals.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
∎ Knowledge on ICT particularly on Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Networking
∎ Need to stay at Upazila level.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in local language and proficiency in English is essential
∎ Experience in NGO activities
∎ Must be emotionally stable and willing to serve the poor and work with the community.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Gratuity, contributory PF, festival bonus, medical allowance as per organizational policy.
