Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Master's preferably in CSE &/or related fields from any reputed universities
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Write programs of existing application and develop new application using relevant tools, software, framework and database as per need.
∎ Collaborate with software team members to determine best practices and client requirements.
∎ Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns.
∎ Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
∎ Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions.
∎ Mentor junior engineers (depending on your experience and requirement) to become proficient developers using best software development practices and processes.
∎ Lead by example and contribute to a team culture that values quality, robustness, and scalability while fostering initiatives and innovation.
∎ Continue to research and evaluate new technologies that may improve performance and elegance of our software implementation.
∎ Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results on schedule.
∎ Continuously improve the software infrastructure, such as the deployment process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent programming skills in Java and Strong object-oriented programming and design skills.
∎ Good & clear understanding in accounting concepts for converting business logic into software application.
∎ Experienced in Android Architectural Components.
∎ Strong Experience in native Android development frameworks.
∎ Experience with a version control system.
∎ Experience with relational databases is essential.
∎ Demonstrated ability to solve time-critical problems.
∎ Willingness to "go the extra mile" when needed.
∎ Experience in working with AWS cloud platform for database and application hosting & maintenance.
∎ Experience in core development of any major ERP solution preferably Financial/HR/Accounting/Inventory Management applications etc. will be given preference.
∎ Experience in Test Code Development.
∎ Proactive and Team Player with great enthusiasm to listen & solve. Be able to multi-task between projects.
∎ Technology we are using currently: Java MVC Framework, MySQL (AWS background), PostgreSQL, web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks like Express/ NodeJS or AngularJS etc.
∎ Minimum One (01) - Four (04) years of programming / coding / database experience.
