Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Email Communications, Expart in English both written and vurbal, expert in online meeting like as zoom, goole met etc., Others, Prepare powerpoint and presentation

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advocacy and programme, Advocacy will be prefered, Others

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Allover responsible for project implementation documentation.
∎ Lobbing and advocacy with policy makers and service providing authorities.
∎ Liaison & coordination with service providing organization and stakeholders for ensuring services of urban extremes poor.
∎ Liaison & coordination with donors, implementing partners and CBO network/federation leaders for established better relation and communication.
∎ arrange National, and local level advocacy event like as; seminar, dialogue, workshop, public hearing, press conference, stakeholders meeting etc.
∎ Mobilize and regular communication with slum and extreame poor leaders and ensure their participation in difference national & local level programme/policy dialogue for raise their voice.
∎ Provide leadership capacity building training/orientation/meeting with urban poor CBO leaders as per demand of project and organization.
∎ Prepare programme/project report and documentation monthly/quarterly/yearly.
∎ Support the preparation and revised project budget.
∎ Any other will perform as per requirement project, donor and organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both male & female allowed to apply. Female will be more priority
∎ Report writing and communication skill

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Contractual

∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Provision Period Minimum 03 Months
∎ Festival bonus as per CUP policy
