Job Responsibilities:
∎ VARD Eye Care Services (VARD-ECS) Ltd. is a sister concern non-profit organization of VARD. It has been implementing VARD Eye Care Services (VARD-ECS) through well established four Eye Hospitals located in Sylhet district, Sunamganj district and Cumilla district. This position is based at VARD Eye Hospital, Sunamganj.
∎ Patient guidance and counseling at hospital outdoor and eye camp.
∎ Follow up admitted patient at Ward and Cabin.
∎ Ensure hospital cleanness.
∎ Prepare Patient Screening Program (PSP) schedule.
∎ Communicate with sponsors and local level GoB Officials.
∎ Organize PSP at Community Level according to the sponsor requirement.
∎ Prepare Eye Camp report.
∎ Move to PSP venue as a member of PSP team.
∎ Follow up operated and surgical patients.
∎ Perform promotional activities to promote Eye Care Services (VARD-ECS)
∎ Prepare periodical progress report.
∎ Assist Hospital Manager (AFO) to perform the routine work of the hospital.
∎ Perform other related duties assigned by Hospital Manager (AFO)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 3 to 5-year experience in similar assignment especially community mobilization, patient dealing, counseling, motivation.
∎ Active listening and feedback
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Networking and advocacy
∎ Organizing and facilitation
∎ Willingness and ready to travel to working areas frequently
∎ Gender equality and mutual respect
∎ Good computer literacy especially in MS word and Excel and Internet.
∎ Valid motor cycle driving license.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 16000 (Monthly)
