Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Network with government officials, NGOs, Tribunals and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen organization’s work·
∎ Represent the organization in meetings with external stakeholders as required·
∎ Liaise and network with a range of relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the care plans.·
∎ Support in other additional tasks required by the management·
∎ Develop and design prevention programs and initiatives based on research and best practices.·
∎ Create detailed activity plans, including objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.·
∎ Facilitate the implementation of prevention programs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently.·
∎ Prepare events reports and assist in preparing program reports.·
∎ Develop and manage budgets for prevention programs, ensuring financial resources are used appropriately.·
∎ Conduct assessments to identify community needs and gaps in existing services.·
∎ Collect, analyse, and interpret data to monitor program outcomes and effectiveness.·
∎ Engage with community members, youth group members, stakeholders, and partners to promote prevention programs and initiatives.·
∎ Develop and maintain partnerships with other organizations, government agencies, and community groups.·
∎ Advocate for policies and practices that support prevention efforts.·
∎ Prepare reports and presentations in program activities, stakeholders, funders, and management.·
∎ Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for staff, volunteers, and community members.·
∎ Provide technical assistance and support to program staff and partners.·
∎ Maintain accurate records of program activities, finances, and outcomes.·
∎ Ensure compliance with organizational policies, funding requirements, and legal regulations.
