Job Context:
∎ PARI Development Trust is a national NGO registered with NGOAB working in greater Mymensingh. PARI is implementing community development, maternal & child health, nutrition, food Security livelihood, agriculture and child rights program in several Upazilas of Mymensingh, Netrokona, Sunamganj, Jamalpur, Sherpur and Tangail districts. PARI is going to implement a 3 years` period project "Children Youth and Communities for Change(CYCC)" from July 2023. This project focuses on engaging children, youth and adult male and female to promote child rights, engage dropped out youths to productive sectors and collaborate with the government`s and non-government`s sectors in order to develop a child protection system in the target communities, engaging marginal male and female farmers with agricultural activities using sustainable agriculture methods to meet their basic needs and nutrition as well as increase production, income and agro-based income generating activities for the well-being of their family specially children and community and thus transform their lives as a long-term impact in Bokshiganj Upazila under Jamalpur district.
∎ The program seeks few Program Officers and Field Animators to implement the planned activities as frontline change agent to achieve the expected results through effective management and implementation of the program activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to implement health, nutrition & wash related activities in the field coordinating with other Program Officers and supporting to Field Animators and CYCC (Children Youth and Community for Change) program team to achieve project outputs
∎ Establish good relationship with Upazila level government's health offices and agriculture & livestock department to ensure their support in mainstreaming health nutrition and wash program
∎ Arrange and conduct meetings with different stakeholders (community, Union Council, GO and NGOs) on health issues.
∎ Supervise and monitor field activities and report on regular basis.
∎ Support team prepare age specific module/guidelines
∎ Establish good relationship with union council chairman, members, secretary, teachers, upazila level service providers, community children & youths, parents, religious leaders, elite persons etc.
∎ Initiate community development plan with stakeholders through participatory approach
∎ Facilitate to implement child health rights and protection, health, nutrition & wash issues as well as livelihood initiatives in the community
∎ Select, train, support and monitor community volunteers in implementing planned activities connecting with line management.
∎ Support Program Manager for Result Based Monitoring, planning and reporting
∎ Support to form community structures engaging disadvantage adults, adolescents and children
∎ Handling of Child partners personal file, photographs, survey, case study and reports asper timeline.
∎ Facilitate meeting, training, workshops with target participants and stakeholders
∎ Establish child & youth led program monitoring formats.
∎ Ensure monitoring and evaluation of activities as per M&E systems, tools and guidelines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are encouraged to apply.
∎ Minimum 3 years working experiences in the health, nutrition & wash program at the community level, especially with children, community members and partners- Preferred
∎ Good knowledge on child right-based, lifecycle, strengths, ethical practice and integrated & holistic development program Approach-Desirable
∎ Strong Knowledge on social dimension, Legal structure of the local government, power dynamics and government relations- Essential
∎ Good communication, networking and facilitation skills- Essential
∎ Good proficiency in Bengali, both written and verbal- Essential
∎ Good time management skills- Essential
∎ Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal- Desirable
∎ Decision making, problem solving and multi-tasking skills- Essential
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation - Preferred

Salary:
∎ 22,000 - 26,000 Taka monthly and other benefits as per organizational policy
