Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree from recognized university, preferably Social Science/Relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to direct implementation education and adolescent empowerment program of the project as per donor requirements in RBA approach
∎ Capacity building of Social Mobilizer(SM), Field Facilitator (FF), teachers, Animators, and other key stakeholder through training and other initiatives.
∎ Program planning and Implementation as per staff wise target ensuring time frame and context of the field.
∎ Frequent field visit, close program monitoring and staff supervision and ensure smooth implementation on time action.
∎ Training needs assessment (TNA), training preparing and Conduct training, Orientation, Workshop at different level and provide training guidance and support at staffs and stakeholder level
∎ Community mobilization, advocacy, ensuring IGA activities for Education and Adolescent empowerment development
∎ Ensure and develop community empowerment process, dealing with community, community organization & its network, working with public & private sectors for sustainable development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experience in relevant field
∎ Working experience on Right based approach (RBA), Education program development, Adolescent & Youth empowerment and materials development
∎ Strong understanding and working experience on community mobilization and community managed economic activity.
∎ Experience of working on Networking & Advocacy, gender mainstreaming, organizational Gender Policy and act accordingly
∎ Valid Motor Cycle driving License holder
∎ Need proficiency in written and spoken English and experience in computer software as MS- Office and MS Excel.
Salary: Tk. 32000 (Monthly)

The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
