Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable professional to support projects and initiatives within the ready-made garments (RMG) and textile sector, with a strong focus on circularity, sustainability, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on understanding of garment industry operations, expertise in survey and data collection, project implementation, and a solid grasp of circularity, reuse, and recycling concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage surveys, interviews, and field-level data collection, ensuring accuracy and credibility;
• Prepare data logs, summaries, analytical reports, and support monitoring & evaluation activities;
• Analyze collected data, develop data logs, summaries, and insights to support evidence-based decision-making ensuring data accuracy, credibility, documentation, and timely reporting from field and factory-level research.
• Prepare analytical reports, progress updates, and documentation for project monitoring and evaluation.
• Assist in project design, including research frameworks, survey tools, and data collection methodologies.
• Support report writing and coordination with internal teams, factories, and external partners for project implementation.
• Coordinate with factories, stakeholders, and partners to support awareness, capacity building, and smooth project implementation.
• Required Qualifications & Skills
• Strong understanding of garments & textile sector operations and RMG production processes;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data tools is an asset;
• Previous experience working in sustainability, circular economy, or RMG sector development projects will be preferred.
