Job Context:
∎ Alliance for cooperation and legal aid Bangladesh (ACLAB) is a national NGO working in Bangladesh for the past 35 years in the development sector is looking for the below-mentioned position in Bhasanchar:
∎ Position: Program Officer
∎ Project: Support to FDMN in Bhasanchar WASH sector
∎ Supported by: BRAC
∎ Working Station 100% at Bhasanchar, Rohingya camp, Hatiya, Noakhali.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop design plans, working drawings, technical specifications including emergency and development WASH services.
∎ Contributing to the preparation of internal and external report.
∎ Participating in WASH cluster meetings and other relevant humanitarian/recovery coordination meetings.
∎ Analyze collected data and information and prepare progress reports; draft changes in WASH program work plans and assist in the identification of required supplies and equipment.
∎ Manage the WASH team's human resources and provide technical support, training and capacity building.
∎ Regular monitoring, staff management, field visit, coordination with staff, higher authority and local people.
∎ Problem analysis and solving.
∎ Sharing & Coordination with Program Manager, Program Coordinator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Required to adhere to the values of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, non-discrimination, gender justice, women's rights, and child safety.
∎ Demonstrated experience in mainstreaming WASH into other sector programs within humanitarian settings.
∎ Experience in designing and implementing WASH facilities like latrine and bathing cubicles, Emergency water supplies lines and hygiene promotion for affected people in displacement camps.
∎ Excellent written and oral English language skills.
∎ Excellent communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills & also have Computer skills.
∎ 2/3 years' experience in wash and development sectors

Salary:
∎ Salary: BDT 50,000 Consolidated

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly salary BDT 50,000.00 consolidated including AIT. Others benefits will be applicable as per project documents.
