Job Context:
∎ Alliance for Cooperation and Legal Aid Bangladesh (ACLAB) is a national NGO working in Bangladesh for the past 35 years in the development sector is looking for the below-mentioned position in Bhasanchar:
∎ Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
∎ Project: Provision of Quality Education for Rohingya Refugees living in Bhasan Char
∎ Supported by: GAC pooled fund through BRAC.
∎ 100% at Bhasanchar, Rohingya camp, Hatiya, Noakhali.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and strengthen monitoring strategy, inspection and evaluation procedures for facilities under the education project activities.
∎ Develop monitoring and impact indicators for the project's success; develop a monitoring strategy in the education project.
∎ Monitor and evaluate overall progress on the achievement of results and sustainability of the project's results.
∎ Provide feedback to the project manager on project strategies and other education activities.
∎ Report monthly and quarterly progress on education activities to the manager and the donor.
∎ Participate in project reviews and planning workshops and assist the project manager in preparing relevant reports.
∎ Regular School and project area visits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Required to adhere to the values of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, non-discrimination, gender justice, PSEA, Safeguarding, women's rights, and child safety.
∎ At least 2-3 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E in humanitarian and development projects.
∎ Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports.
∎ Training & facilitation skills.
∎ Computer skills and communication.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly salary BDT 60,000.00 consolidated including AIT. One festive bonus and other benefits will be applicable as per project documents i.e. mobile allowances, local conveyance etc.
