Job Context:
∎ Alliance for Cooperation and Legal Aid Bangladesh (ACLAB) is a national NGO working in Bangladesh for the past 35 years in the development sector is looking for the below-mentioned position in Bhasanchar:
∎ Position: Procurement and Store Officer
∎ Project: Provision of Quality Education for Rohingya Refugees living in Bhasan Char
∎ Supported by: GAC pooled fund through BRAC.
∎ 100% at Bhasanchar, Rohingya camp, Hatiya, Noakhali.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the procurement of the project materials and goods.
∎ Managing the stock register of receiving, storing, and issuing the materials.
∎ Make sure the stock delivered by the vendor is accurate and timely, comparing it with the sales invoice, and maintain the delivery challan and gate pass.
∎ Maintain goods incoming & outgoing procedures as per organizational policy.
∎ Prepare requisition of new products recording samples and gift items.
∎ Ensure the selling of waste and scrap when required.
∎ Ensure all records and physical movements and stacking of products as per safety rules before the month-end inventory counting.
∎ Ensure the safety and security of warehouse and belonging inventories.
∎ Generating stock-out report and root cause analysis (RCA) report for each stock-out.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Required to adhere to the values of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, non-discrimination, gender justice, PSEA, safeguarding, Do No Harm, women's rights, and child safety.
∎ 2-3 years' experience in stores/inventory management department.
∎ Work experience with international humanitarian organizations and non-government organizations.
∎ Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
∎ Skills in computer & software.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly salary BDT 35,000.00 consolidated including AIT. One festive bonus and other benefits will be applicable as per project documents i.e. mobile allowances, local conveyance etc.
