Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree preferably in Journalism and Mass Communication, Sociology, Economics, Development Studies or any other discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work for implementation of social development projects/programs.
∎ Planning and scheduling of programs addressing needs of certain program/project.
∎ Organize and moderate community events in different places of the country.
∎ Monitor program and make field visit on project requirement.
∎ Prepare program reports and project findings.
∎ Maintain liaison and coordinate with GoB and NGO offices and different level stakeholders.
∎ Provide support in preparing business offer.
∎ Assist in developing guidelines and contents for BCC materials under different projects.
∎ Ready to take challenges in any situation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 5 year(s) but freshers can also apply who are ready to take challenges and having excellent educational results
∎ Males and females both can apply.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English.
∎ Excellent computer literacy.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities, establish goals and develop plans to meet those goals.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a TEAM..
∎ Should possess good presentation skill.
