Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) in Psychology
∎ (MBBS) or Masters in Psychology, Anthropology, Social Science, Development Studies, Statistics or Health Economics or any other relevant field with Masters in Public Health (MPH) or MPhil or other higher degree related to the research project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day-to-day management of research activities of the project and managing resources of the projects.
∎ Manage research staff of the project to achieve the goal of the projects maintaining their attendance, leave and other day to day records to calculate and document the FTE.
∎ Check and cross check all the invoices are accurate and appropriately documented.
∎ Work as a focal person for internal and external communication for day to activities of the research.
∎ Coordinate activities and document appropriately following the guidelines NIHR with the close collaboration Program Manager, TRANSFORM and Warwick Team.
∎ Review the external communication materials such as newsletter, social media post, videos etc.
∎ Work as a focal point of communication for the community workers and RAs.
∎ Maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment for everyone.
∎ Analyse and resolve research issues that arisen in the field promptly.
∎ Management and storage of research data following data protection guidelines of NIHR.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the local Principal Investigator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in research project management will be given preference.
∎ Previous experience in managing large scale projects will be an added benefit.
∎ Experience and working in multidisciplinary international team is desirable
∎ Fluent in both Bangla and English at the academic level and able to interpret and translate fluently between these languages.
