∎ In depth knowledge about fundraising culture in Bangladesh.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in computer operating with MS word and excel.

∎ Training and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects and programs in Bangladesh.·
∎ Ensure that projects align with the overall mission of Global One and contribute to the development and empowerment of communities, with a focus on South-South cooperation.·
∎ Facilitate knowledge exchange among member NGOs, CSOs, and other stakeholders to strengthen the capacity for South-South cooperation.·
∎ Foster relationships with existing and potential partner organizations, including international development agencies, governments, and private sector entities.·
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance program impact and sustainability.·
∎ Represent the various forums, conferences, and meetings to enhance its visibility and expand its network.·
∎ Manage the budget and ensure financial accountability for projects and operations related to the ANCSSC and others.·
∎ Identify funding opportunities and lead fundraising efforts to support the organization's activities.·
∎ Prepare timely and accurate program reports for donors, management, and other stakeholders highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.·
∎ Ensure compliance with donor requirements, government regulations, and organizational policies and procedures·
∎ Communicate effectively with various stakeholders through diverse channels to promote the organization’s goals and achievements.·
∎ Organize training and capacity-building programs for member NGOs and CSOs to enhance their effectiveness in implementing South-South cooperation projects.·
∎ Collaborate with other departments within Global One to ensure synergy across different initiatives and programs.
