Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and Control different project working teams (Local and Group Projects) to understand the Customer (project sponsor/owner) expectations as per the scope of the project and define teams (Steering committee & working team) and stakeholders on the objectives and outcome of the project
∎ Guide the team to prepare 'Project Initiation', "Project Timeline" and 'Project Closure' in agreement with concerned stakeholders and ensure the cross-functional project team on the preparation of the business case and co-ordinate with the budget Planning & Analysis team for seeking data on financial impact, thereafter present the business case to IC (investment committee) for the budget approval & confirmation
∎ Ensure and control timely delivery of projects through mitigating risks/issues and by imparting necessary guidance to the working team, triggering and addressing the bottlenecks through monitoring project progress, escalating issues to have a way forward (when required) to the management, and report projects status to top management according to the agreed deliverables.
∎ Guide the process team in developing processes through clarifying the purpose and manage the cross-functional team(s) to identify the scope of required processes; lead the cross-functional team to understand and implement required process simplification and optimization steps by exploring new ideas, ensure control, accountability and governance mechanism through applicable matrix/measurement tools; Also lead Process team to optimize and/or reengineer processes to maximize operational efficiency and control areas for new and current processes by guiding stakeholder(s) through process improvement areas.
∎ Manage, check, and ensure that the weekly Management KPIs report, follow up with the management team members for updating the action items as discussed & agreed in the management meeting
∎ Provide on-the-job coaching, motivate subordinates, help to create a conducive work environment, set operational & performance goals, and determine the training needs of the subordinates

∎ 3-4 years of relevant experience
∎ Thorough knowledge of Project Management
∎ Thorough knowledge of Project Risk management
∎ Thorough know-how on Process management & operational efficiency
∎ Thorough knowledge of Company Policies, Procedures, and Compliance
∎ Thorough knowledge of different Operational Risk and Control areas
∎ Thorough knowledge of preparing business cases and analysis of Return on Investment and NPV
