∎ Masters' in Business Administration from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and Control different project working team (Local and Group Projects) to understand the Customer (project sponsor/owner) expectations as per projects scope.
∎ Define teams (Steering committee & working team) and stakeholders on the objectives and outcome of the projects to ensure the buy in.
∎ Guide the team to prepare 'Project Initiation', "Project Timeline" and 'Project Closure' in agreement with concerned stakeholders.
∎ Assist the process team in developing processes through clarifying the purpose and manage the cross functional team(s) to identify the scope of required processes.
∎ Lead cross functional team to understand and implement required process simplification and optimization steps by exploring new ideas, ensure control, accountability and governance mechanism through applicable matrix/measurement tools aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
∎ Implementing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks to continuously optimize processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
∎ Manage the coordination between different Technical IT, and Audit team to ensure deliverables of audit requirement to Auditor in order to comply and mitigate. different audit issues stated in the "audit report" and "audit impact table"
∎ Manage, check and ensure that the weekly Management KPIs report are prepared, submit to Management in a timely manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Masters' in Business Administration from any reputed University
∎ Having 3-4 years' experience relevant Experience
∎ Required Capabilities- Through knowledge on Project Management
∎ Through knowledge on Risk management
∎ Through know-how on Process management & operational efficiency
∎ Through knowledge on Company Policies, Procedures and Compliance
∎ Thorough knowledge of different Operational Risk and Control areas
