• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Planning / PPC in Knit or Garments industry.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, T&A, and garment manufacturing process.

• Must have experience in fast-reactive planning and handling urgent production issues.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple buyers/styles simultaneously.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and production planning tools is an advantage.

We are looking for a skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented Planning Officer (PPC) for our Knit Division. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in fast-paced garment production planning, monitoring, and shipment execution with excellent coordination and problem-solving ability.

• Responsible for buyer-wise production planning from order confirmation to final shipment.
• Take full ownership of assigned styles/orders ensuring on-time delivery.
• Arrange and conduct Pre-Production (PP) meetings with all relevant production departments after file handover.
• Prepare, execute, and continuously follow up Time & Action (T&A) plans from size set stage to shipment.
• Ensure all production inputs (fabric, trims, accessories, print, embroidery, etc.) are received and issued as per plan.
• Monitor daily production progress and ensure smooth workflow across all sections.
• Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, store, and merchandising teams for uninterrupted production flow.
• Ensure timely input of cutting and production materials as per schedule.
• Handle print and embroidery coordination including issue and receive tracking.
• Identify production risks and take immediate corrective actions to avoid delivery delays.
• Provide quick response and solutions in case of any production disruption (fast-reactive planning is essential).
• Maintain strong communication with internal departments to ensure shipment deadlines are met.
• Prepare daily/weekly production planning and progress reports.
