Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring smooth production supply to the domestic and foreign market in accordance with the production schedule and following the instruction of BMR
Preparation of BMR, SOP & other documents for machineries and production processes
Supervising process and subordinates activities & ensuring cGMP in every stage of production
Ensuring proper storage of intermediate, bulk products & machines parts
Ensuring cleanliness of machineries & production area to prevent contamination
Ensure maximum utilization of resources (Man, Machine and Materials)
Ensure logistic and technical support for process validation and cleaning validation in the production floor
Maintain liaison with all service and supporting departments.
