Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare manpower planning for daily production.
∎ Prepare production plan and schedule based on demand
∎ Regular follow-up duty rosters.
∎ Implement SOP and all necessary documentations in each operational division.
∎ Production quality checking and delivery management.
∎ Ensure smooth and quality production in the feed mill.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery of feeds.
∎ Any other duties to be assigned from the management time to time
