∎ Coordinate with the supply chain, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless production flow.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials for production.
∎ Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production workers to achieve performance goals.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
∎ Foster a positive and safe working environment by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and adherence to safety protocols.
∎ Analyze and identify areas for process improvement to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
∎ Implement best practices in manufacturing and lean production techniques to achieve cost savings and efficiency gains.
∎ Monitor production metrics and identify trends, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
∎ Ensure all products meet the required quality standards and customer specifications.
∎ Oversee quality control processes and coordinate with quality assurance teams to resolve any issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
∎ Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
∎ Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and prevent breakdowns.
∎ Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation related to inventory, production schedules, and employee performance.
∎ Provide regular reports to senior management on production performance, KPIs, and any challenges faced.
