Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Textile Background will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source suitable factories for producing the garments at competitive prices.
∎ Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure that the production plan is adhered to by the customer's requirements.
∎ Calculate and propose the target FOB prices for new orders.
∎ Work closely with QC team for weekly inspection schedule.
∎ Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by clients.
∎ Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve them proactively.
∎ Work with local factories to finalize the problem which occur during the production and ensure timely shipping without having to compromise on quality of the garments.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities at workplace.
∎ Able to take initiatives to manage the critical paths of delivery.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management adhocly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-10 years experience in the textile industries.
∎ Garment production, planning and executing skills, being able to communicate in both Mandarine and English (Bengali fluency is a plus).
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.

Salary: Negotiable
