Planning and Organizing production schedules.
Monitoring and supervising Production Team for smooth production.
Ensure Factory production Target fill up according to production plan.
Supervise technical Team and control production processes.
Prepare all kind of Report as per management requirement.
Conducting regular team meetings for resolving all factory issues.
Implementing and enforcing strict quality control and safety.
Coordination with all departments.
Any kind of Factory Work Instructed By Management
Experience in Line Hardware, Steele Manufacturing & Steele Fabrication is required.
