Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare manpower planning for daily production and other duties.
∎ Collection of DO forecast through liaison with Sales Coordinator and AGM, S&M.
∎ Prepare production plan and schedule based on demand
∎ Prepare requisition plan
∎ Prepare delivery plan
∎ Ensure proper coordination of all operational divisions in feed mill.
∎ Regular follow-up duty rosters.
∎ Implement SOP and all necessary documentations in each operational division.
∎ Ensure best quality raw materials are received in feed mill.
∎ Daily checking of floor stocks of finished products and liaise with Sales Manager on slow moving items.
∎ Oversee store management, Production quality checking and Delivery management.
∎ Implement safety measures in all areas and ensure staffs are trained to understand and implement these measures.
∎ Ensure smooth and quality production in the feed mill.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery of feeds.
∎ Any other duties to be assigned from the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
