Job Context:
∎ A reputed Group of Companies is looking for potential candidate for the position of Production Manager (Auto Carton) for its Large Comprehensive Garments Accessories Project.
∎ The factory will produce all sorts of Garments Accessories Products like Auto Carton, Poly, Labels, Tapes, Elastics, Offset Printing Products etc. by maintaining world class standards.
∎ The project location is at Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Auto Carton production related activities of the factory.
∎ Major Job responsibilities of the position are as follows:
∎ Ensure optimum production level in Auto carton Unit by proper monitoring and controlling of the overall activities.
∎ Execute daily production as per the set plan.
∎ Responsible for on time delivery of every customer orders.
∎ Confirm quality of all items as per buyer's standard.
∎ Product costing for both factory and marketing team.
∎ Inventory planning and control of all raw materials and consumables.
∎ Take initiative to control production wastage.
∎ Make all necessary production reports for top management.
∎ Maintain compliance issues throughout the production unit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have minimum 10 years of experience in Production of Auto Carton in reputed Garment Accessories factory.
∎ Should have:
∎ Capacity to handle multiple orders & meet target deadline
∎ Hands on experience of lab testing procedures
∎ Excellent leadership and communication skill
∎ Skills in computer applications
∎ Should be sincere, self-motivated and result oriented
