Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE( Industrial Production Engineering), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ B.Sc in ME/IPE.
∎ Graduate from BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, SUST, IUT will preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operation, Production, R & D
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality production and production target as per production.
∎ Ensure time to time training to production manpower to ensure their higher efficiency and target oriented production.
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules.
∎ Organizing all necessary tools and others accessories to meet up the scheduled target and production target for market.
∎ Ensure smooth production with effective machine operations.
∎ Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
∎ Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
∎ Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
∎ Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
∎ Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
∎ Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff.
∎ Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
∎ Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
∎ Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have a good leadership and should able to handle any situation in production line & factory.
∎ Must have experience in electronics background production field.
∎ Candidates who have applied earlier need not to apply further.
