• 1–3 years’ experience in product sourcing, procurement, and e-commerce.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research.
• Passion for discovering trendy products and understanding customer demand.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and within deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for regular market visits and supplier meetings.

We’re seeking a Product Sourcing Executive to play a key role in identifying new products, establishing supplier networks, and ensuring seamless sourcing for our customers.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Conduct regular market research to identify trending and profitable products (daily essentials, gadgets, toys, household items, etc.).

• Visit local wholesale markets, suppliers, and factories to explore sourcing opportunities.

• Build and maintain a strong supplier/vendor database for smooth product flow.

• Negotiate pricing, quality, and lead times with suppliers to ensure maximum profitability.

• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to make informed sourcing decisions.

• Handle urgent sourcing needs and troubleshoot supply chain challenges effectively.

• Passion for discovering trendy products and understanding customer demand

• Explore opportunities to source unique or exclusive products that can give the company a competitive edge.

• Contribute creative ideas for product selection, packaging improvements, and promotional items.

• Conduct regular market research to identify new product opportunities and ensure competitiveness.

• Collect samples and test product quality before finalizing deals.

• Collaborate with inventory, marketing, and operations teams to align sourcing with business goals.

• Prepare detailed product sourcing reports, pricing comparisons, and supplier performance reviews.
