Role and Responsibilities
The Product & Solution Expert with good knowledge of ICT technologies and vertical solution, work with a team of product experts to create customer specific solutions and offerings within the enterprise ICT market. Your responsibility will be to ensure customer demands are met with solutions you jointly build with internal peers, closely collaborating with Huawei product lines and 3rd party companies.
Understand E2E Network Architecture, Deep drive to improve technical efficiency.
Strategic business drilling based on business demand and find out potential solution based on versatile POC
Responsible for overall budget analysis, delivering monthly order, revenue forecasts
Collect and communicate customer RFP requirements, REP/RFQ analysis & feedback as per given guideline
Deliver quality and cost optimized technical proposal according to customer RFP
Lead Huawei technical product team during bidding & technical clarification phase, and support sales team for commercial negotiation phase
Huawei technical interface to customer technical team, up to CTO level
Capture and analyse the ICT development trends
Support product teams by tracking key market and customer requirements. Support Competition Analysis
Contribute to standardization meetings and/or standardization studies
Support special projects (e.g. trials, key product activities, etc)
Support market branding actions and industry events, speak at events (exhibition & forum & seminar & workshop, etc), continuous communication with senior customers
Train local/regional account teams
